4 — Warranty Summary (2 Year / 50,000 km)

Coverage period: 2 years or 50,000 km from the date of delivery, whichever occurs first.
Covers all Shelby-installed components including supercharger system, suspension upgrades, exhaust, and body modifications.
The underlying Ford factory warranty remains in effect and is not voided by authorised Shelby modifications.
Warranty must be activated within 30 days of vehicle delivery by submitting this completed form to GUA B.V.
Warranty is void if the vehicle has been modified by a non-authorised party after delivery.
Run-in procedures must be followed to maintain full warranty validity.
All warranty claims must be submitted through GUA B.V. — do not contact Shelby American directly.
Only vehicles purchased through GUA B.V. are eligible for European warranty support.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Shelby American Warranty Terms and Conditions and the GUA B.V. Retail Agreement.
